The udon here is exceptional where it actually takes in the flavor of the soup it is submerged in. The meat in the niku udon just melts in your mouth. Definitely one of the best udon places in town.
Udon is even all-around, with a chewy texture which makes it fantastic! Broth is slightly over seasoned, but tempura is unfortunately way over. Definitely worth a try, but stick with the udon. 6.5/10
Try Zaru Udon (cold udon) for the real texture! For udon with clear soup, squeeze some lime into the broth half way of eating for different tasting experience~
Really like the self service style where you pick your base and you can choose your toppings and then you proceed to check out. And yes the udon is really good
If you are eating the Zaru udon or dipudon.. The soup is for dippingudon instead of drinking like the rest. It's a different soup... Hence some might said it's salty..
This is a self service outlet. You will also need to return the tray to the counter after eating. The beef udon soup, curry udon are salty. The dippingudon even more so. Tempura is forgettable.
