I've travelled to many places, stayed at a lot of hotels in other countries. I can confidently says that this hotel got the worst front office. To say check in is extremely slow is an understatement.

Barry LimAvril 27, 2013Feels like staying in a Genting hotel. Low quality fitting in rooms, very messy environment and not cheap either! Better at Mutiara if you want a 'proper' hotel.

For new hotel poor quality in room. TV cable line broke and bad lighting. Other than the mall I'll go back to the Mutara down the street.
Hotel was sucks. Zero maintenance and stains on toilet wall. Horrible!
Very bad service. Slow front desk. Waited more than 1hr. Dont pick up intercom call. Whole tower aircond malfunction for the night. Nightmare !!
