Entrance, pathetic. Lobby is okay. Room Wifi sucks. Food is nice, gets boring after consecutive days. Scenic view, well, it's as good as any high rise building. Tho, this hotel is far by walking.

Very very very poor service & mgt! Rude staffs! Call drpd bilik susah gila nak angkat sampai nak kena call guna handphone. Very stupid. But the manager En Azli was good in handling the issue arose.
