Getting into parking around the track is enormously easier & faster in past couple years (since 2012) than prior. I've had no issues getting to / from the venue; utilize Ford lots for Cincy.
Sometimes the escalators in the tunnel to the infield area/winners circle overheat and shut down. The technicians usually have them up and repaired within an hour, so don't worry!
Went for a Nationwide race. First ever race I've been to. Race was fun enough, but the concessions were terrible and cash only. My $9 chicken tenders looked/ tasted like they were microwaved.
Parking is terrible. Traffic isn't bad if you leave early enough, but you will be guessing on where you get a parking spot. Came 3 straight days and each day My bus was PUT in a different spot
Left at 11:30 from NKY...took 42 instead of I-71. Total travel time was 1hr 10 min. Just leave early, use the backroads people. BRs and phone signal were bad tho.
