The island vibes at this Inwood hangout are plenty thanks to over 75,000 square-feet or waterfront real estate. There’s even live salsa on Wednesdays. En savoir plus
Only ~3 blocks from the subway station. Gorgeous view of water and GWB. Hidden gem of upper manhattan and perfect for a variety of occasions. Try to get there around sunset.
Just north of Fort Tryon Park. Views of the Palisades and the George Washington Bridge. Menu: Casual, with a raw bar, mussels and fries, salads, steak a la plancha, seafood stew and striped bass tamale En savoir plus
Really loved this place. Great place to go after a trip to The Cloisters. Relaxing environment and great view. The food was solid. We tried 7 different things and had no complaints.
Fun place to spend a summer afternoon in the city. Great for the river views & people watching. Service is spotty. From great to horrendous & unfortunately tips are always added to bill.
Awesome place, outdoor super comfortable, made to spend the PM there next by the river. Nice view and pretty cheap drinks compared to Midtown. The club next to it looks nice but kind of expensive.
A marina, several outdoor decks, and bars with valet means that finding Jay-Z, Beyonce, or other celebs, may be possible. Bring a fat wallet and dress to get noticed because you will break the bank!
With sliding glass walls and the George Washington Bridge in plain sight, it’s one of the more picturesque dinner spots we’ve visited in some time. En savoir plus
This place is a goldmine, theres the great drinks, decent food menu and good looking people, from the waitresses to the crowd And u by the water with the g.w. bridge as ur back drop what can beat that
Beautiful view! The eater review says they serve lobster and Oysters - not yet! The food was okay, but the staff was amazing; each person more welcoming than the next! Downside parking is $20!
Parties are ok. Food is ok but pricey. Service not the greatest. But view and location is awesome. But overall was a good experience. Will come back and recommend
Pretty view and atmosphere but I was very displeased with Brunch. I have had excellent dinners here but the brunch was crowded, wait staff was slow and inattentive and we had to ask for cold water!
The wait is ridiculous And the hostess was incredibly rude. From the 11 items on the food menu, only 4 were available! Not the greatest experience but the scenery and strong drinks made up for it!
Junot Díaz: "La Marina ... has become the epicenter of the uptown social scene but the epicenter is kinda slow so it’s over to Mamajuana where half the bar knows my cousin" En savoir plus
Venue is great. Drinks are OK. A bit pricey (tips are pre-added to bill). Menu is very limited. Service not so good. Parking is not so good ($20 dollars for valet...). OK only for the summer months...
I have had 3 different people come up to me and have said to wait 20 mins. I have been waiting for an hour now. This makes no sense. Could be a great place if they were more organized.
DO not COME here for food. It's horrible very bland especially the seafood! We had to complain and they gave us a pitcher of sangria, 2 appetizers and 20% off the check for free!!
La Marina restaurant and lounge covers more than 75,000 square feet of Hudson River waterfront in Upper Manhattan. A short walk from the A-train, La Marina is the ideal spot in NYC to enjoy cocktails at sunset, to host your party, or to enjoy a romantic, moonlit dinner for two.
