Brilliant cooking. Don't overlook the salads. The pistachio kale salad is fabulous. Stellar cocktails as well.
Fantastic tasting! For 2, each person gets a different dish per course essentially letting you try the whole menu. Everything was great but the pastas, seafood and steak entrees stood out.
The pretzel bread was the perfect size. Everything has a lot of flavor. The trout appetizer was good. Expect seasonal and fresh. My duck was delicious. The natural sodas were refreshing and great.
Onion rolls. Apps: shrimp cocktail, bacon, tomatoes & onions. Main course: steak, German potatoes, creamed spinach, fries. Dessert: holy cow hot fudge sundae, chocolate mousse cake, cheesecake, gelt.
Everything is good, but ESPECIALLY the bread. Ohhhh. My. God. The beer pairings are a must: each one is very unique and pairs well with each course, and it's not as filling as you think it will be.
The best meal you will ever have in Bushwick, hands down. But while also drinking the best wine and listening to Blondie's 'Parallel Lines' ON VINYL. Basically, blew Jean George's away...#bushwick
