Seriously one of the best brunches in LA. Start with one of their fresh pastries (best almond croissant I've had in a long time) and then the avocado toast with cream cheese and on rye bread.

The seasonal dry-farmed persimmon salad w/grapefruit, walnuts, and Asian pear is beautiful and delicious. Though not as visually stunning, the chicken and farro soup is deeply flavored and satisfying.

Outstanding cocktails! This Plymouth Martini, glistening with lemon oils, is clear, cold perfection. Proprietary creations, like the Rye Smile and Ophelia, are well-balanced and approachable.

Ledlow offers a burger that's a cheffed-up look at yesteryear. 4oz house-ground patties can be stacked three to a bun if desired and each is cut through with a double dose of American & cheddar cheese En savoir plus

The avocado cream cheese toast with smoked trout is a great dish. Paired with the wonderful crudités, it makes for a smile inducing lunch or brunch for two.

Josef Centeno has a tight breakfast menu at his newest Downtown restaurant inside the former Pete's. Try the granola or avocado and cream cheese toast. En savoir plus

Do you have room for dessert? If their stellar blueberry pie is available, give it a try. Don't worry about the calories; it's loaded with antioxidants.

Breakfast oatmeal with kumquat syrup & fruit $8 and yogurt granola bowl with rum dried fruit $9. Stumptown coffee served with almond milk was good too!

Seems like Ledlow has finally settled into a groove after a few menu changes. Take a few friends & share everything. Recommend the duck confit brussels sprouts, meatballs with spätzle & hanger steak.

Despite the recent name swap, from Pete’s Cafe to just Pete’s to Ledlow Swan to just Ledlow, this Main Street mainstay retains its culinary acumen thanks to incoming chef/owner Josef Centeno En savoir plus

The idea is quality over quantity, regardless of the price. While that means a bit of sticker shock on the menu, you'll be surprised by what's on the plate. En savoir plus
