I disagree with staffing issues and St Jacques tower. As with any hotel during a busy check in time, bring your patience, and have a seat in the lobby. St Jacques tower directly accesses Old Montréal!
Roxanne at the bar is really friendly and she knows her stuff. Great free breakfast buffet for SPG Platinum members.

Really nice hotel. The beds are nice & comfy, cool coffee maker (with Starbucks!) in the room, close to everything & check out the "glass bottom" pool!

Would like some couches and lounge chairs.- Loved the staff's attention to detail and friendly manner. The rest of Montréal could learn something from the people here regarding hospitality!
Don't miss the glass-bottomed pool, especially from the driveway outside the lobby. Look up!

Best thing about the restaurant is Roxanne behind the bar. For dinner, check out L'Orignal a few minutes away.
