Don't be a douchbag and leave your dirty towels on the shower room floor. Have some consideration and carry your towel to the bin.

If you're trying to get you body right. You better call on Winston Tsai !! Easily the best choice you could make for yourself.
This tip is for the guys! If you ever have to go make sure you use the family locker room restrooms, they are a lot cleaner than the nasty men's restrooms
Either hit the locker room at 7:30pm or wait until 8:30pm when family swim let's out at 8:00pm - the locker room turns into a zoo and you may have to wait for a shower.
Liz S.'s INSANITY class is great! Intense with a lot of positive reinforcement!

Don't lose track of your stuff for a second, it will be stolen instantly here- Try a spinning class for a low-impact high-efficiency workout.
If it's real busy "super sets" are just plain rude!
