Owned by the same folks that run Novare Res, this brewery and distillery offers excellent and interesting beer, as well as unique cocktails and bites to eat. Ambiance and uniqueness is where its at.

Visited in winter and the Interior needs some work before it's a cosy spot. It's quite new so there are very few of their own drinks to try yet. Had an unbalanced coffee-based cocktail.

After reading about this place in The NY Times, glad we went. Had a mix of small plates. Really enjoyed the wings, pork bellie and shishto. Cheese was quite bland.

Deck seating! Porters and stouts available aplenty, when other bars are stocking up on IPA's and Wheat Beers. Nice variety of shareable apps. Try the Oatmeal Stout!

They don't have traditional sodas. They make all their soda in house with different spices and such. The "cola" has a distinct ginger taste to it.

As you would expect the house beer is awesome. Even if you don't think you will like it try it.

Great atmosphere. Wonderful bar service - really friendly, knowledgable bartenders and servers and the beer is real tasty and unique.

Grab a seat at the bar and look through the window to the brewery/distillery. Nice, unique beer list, but food seemed a bit pricey.

Sit outside, beautiful view. The beers are all unique so try them all but there wasn't one that was "amazing".

Beer selection is eclectic to say the least. Ask for tastings before committing- the staff even when busy are happy to oblige!

Skip the cocktails and opt for a beer. Even if you're "not a dark beer person," you won't believe how good the Disbelief is. And it's like, $5 for a pint. Double win.

The rauch bier is good. The IPAs are good, but not outstanding. The food is very good for a brew pub.

Not very impressed. 3 house beers all tasted identical. Fish & Chips, more like batter and shoe string fries. Don't ask for malt vinegar either ..don't have it and mock you for asking. Poor experience
