The lady at the counter kept insisting that declining insurance when using a gold mastercard was shocking and unheard of, very annoying.

The worst rental car place in the nation. What a shithole.
Service was overly polite because employee drove off with key fob in their pocket took over 20 mins to pick up a car.
Avoid renting or dropping cars between 5:00-6:00 pm - its always busiest hour of the day. Average waiting time is 30 mins.
On the question "what's good here?" I can only say... The talk - had to wait 45 min on a car without GPS (ordered), not cleaned and desperately in need of service. The manager came to 'talk the talk'
Don't expect them to have your car just because you have a guaranteed reservation
Hardly ever have any cars with navigation or portable navigation to lend.- The day of my trip i called to let them know I will be arriving a bit late, and they notified me they did not have the vehicle. I'm left without a vehicle the day of my trip and no assistance,

They don’t have many cars available
Car rented to me was scratched up, engine whined, car reeked of cigarette smoke. Had to use asthma pump to drive. Insurance was responsible for paying rental, Hertz charged me. Harassed me with calls
It can be a long wait for an “attendant”. 15 minutes and counting.
