These people are slow and don't know what customer service is. How do you not know that military members can have expired license with Military ID?
Avoid renting or dropping cars between 5:00-6:00 pm - its always busiest hour of the day. Average waiting time is 30 mins.
On the question "what's good here?" I can only say... The talk - had to wait 45 min on a car without GPS (ordered), not cleaned and desperately in need of service. The manager came to 'talk the talk'

Say no to the gps option. It's mounted in the car anyway, so you'll get it for free
You can now pick any car you like from the lot (in the category you paid for obviously)!!
Get here early or they may run out of cars
Leave an extra 20 minutes to get to terminal from car drop off
Go with National Car Rental instead. Terrible, high-mileage cars here.
The lady at the counter kept insisting that declining insurance when using a gold mastercard was shocking and unheard of, very annoying.
Horrible customer service even for gold members! Do yourself a favor and rent elsewhere.

Be a gold member so you don't have to wait, there's always a line! But they're very friendly!
Shuttle needs to be more frequent- Apparently you cant return between 1am and 4am. "They are closed" they say.. foolery I say
Worst Hertz in the country by far! Over ten minute wait times for shuttles! I hate this place!!!!
Gold Membership makes car rentals quick and painless. Also, Ray gives fantastic customer service.
Probably the worst Hertz for arriving passengers in the country. Be prepared to see every other shuttle at least 4 times before you get picked up
Not the best Hertz location. Service is pretty sloppy.
Awful Hertz location, doesn't have cars or your name on the Gold board half the time. Also won't let you use the general line if you are a gold member, even if no one is in it and gold has 10 people.
Go to enterprise. One week, on my third vehicle because of problems with the car.
Be warned: if you rent from here it's not an on-site drop off / pickup, it's actually a couple miles away from the airport.
We had a problem with a rental. The service center kept giving us conflicting information. We did not get reimbursed for our taxi ride back to the airport.
It can be a long wait for an “attendant”. 15 minutes and counting.
