- LA WeeklyMars 27, 2015At Lunasia the most iconic item is probably the jumbo shiu mai, a roe-crowned dumpling the size of a child’s fist, which requires two bites minimum. En savoir plusA voté pour il y a Oct 6
- Matt Ta-MinSeptembre 19, 2018Size of the dumplings and portions is proportional to the queues you get here I.e BIG. Quality is ok but not amazing. A decent Dim sum venue.
- Katherine M.Août 25, 2014"Another dim sum off-the-menu Hong Kong style seafood restaurant. Innovative dim sum items include foie gras dim sum, about to become illegal as CA bans the sale of foie gras." -David Chang's Top 10 En savoir plus
- JenniferSeptembre 2, 2014The green beans with pork were the first thing to disappear from our (very full) table of food. More expensive than many dim sum places, but still convenient & good.
- Pretty good dim sum. If you're local and just want dimsum as food, you can call and order carryout. Skips a lot of waiting.
- Jordan HusneySeptembre 6, 2019Recently Lunasia switched to using Yelp to manage their waitlist. On the weekend, if you don't use the app to get in line, you might face a 2-3 hour wait
- Connie ChiuJuillet 30, 2017Good spot for dim sum but the wait is already over 45mins at 10:30am. The food comes out abbot slow so we had to cancel a few cause we forgot we ordered them and were too full by the end.
- Karen WongJuin 29, 2015It's good but DON'T ORDER the Crispy Shrimp Roll (no. 34) TOGETHER with the White Radish Rice Noodle (no. 42)... Crispy Shrimp Roll is inside the rice noodle!! Generous portions...
- JTAvril 20, 2016Not your traditional cart dim sum. You order from the staff and more upscale - delicious
- Gene ChuangAvril 21, 2013The dim sum here has improved significantly compared to when it opened a few years ago. I would say its up to par with Sea Harbour.
- Eric ScottDécembre 18, 2021Most items are nearly double the usual size. The har gow are enormous, and the wrappers fall apart.
- La WangAvril 9, 2013Portions are twice as big as you're expecting so don't go crazy, I would start with 4/3 of a dish per person
- Jason SuDécembre 7, 2010No carts, just orders from a sheet. Good food, on the starchier side. Long waits on the weekends unless you're early or you're very lucky.
- Daniel HongOctobre 10, 2010On weekends, if you don't plan on waiting for an hour or more, get here before 10:30 am.
- Jason SuJanvier 30, 2011Came here at 2:30 and they said they were closed, even though the sign said they close at 3:00
- Bad service!!! Do not come here...the server walked away when I asked him for water. Rude!!!
