- EaterAoût 19, 2014The Upper East Side has a new spot that offers 120 seats, a coffee bar, & a menu with seasonal lunch items like heirloom tomato salad, panzanella, & braised lamb casserole or roasted chicken. En savoir plus
- Juan CanasAoût 17, 2014Good and nice food. You won't go wrong with the French onion soup. I think it is over staffed and some of the waiters just walk around. Definitely a place to try on the UES. Haven't try the bakery yet
- Mike ShermanSeptembre 4, 2016Bread is amazing, the baguette is maybe the best I've had in NYC. Pastries are much sweeter than at their locations in France, and are made in New Jersey and trucked in.
- Andrew CFévrier 10, 2017Cute cafe with high-end foods at reasonable prices! We came for a late lunch, so place was empty and staff was very quick.... chicken and quinoa salad was more chicken salady, not so much quinoa!!!
- coffee baristas are perfection! Breads & viennoiseries adequate. Patisseries however disappointing. On the UES for casual French this is it. In France I would never set foot in a Kayser or Paul!!
- A perfect stop for a quick bite or to pick up bread and sweets for home. Perfect for a quick mid morning breakfast as well.
- Cindy OlDécembre 26, 2019Croque monsieur, s’il vous plait! But the restaurant is currently cash only so come prepared!
- Julieta Rossi PedrosaJanvier 2, 2015A nice place at upper east side that reminds me of France. Très jolie!
- Joanna FlammSeptembre 5, 2016Really nice brunch, much better than you might expect at a chain. Les Tartines are a nice size.
- Their baguette monge is perfect. No other bakery compares.
- Tiffany LangstonFévrier 1, 2015Fantastic selection of French pastries. Croissants are outstanding as well as the cookies
- Jason BrewDécembre 31, 2014The bakery is of course great, but be sure to try the cafe for a decadent French breakfast
- I'm obsessed with the French onion soup and the best baguettes in the city
- Carmen MagarOctobre 11, 2014I really wish they employed people who speak a little French so they can take the order without having to point and spell
- Paige CMars 9, 2015Very slow service (waitress was more concerned about chatting with a co-worker) so we had to ask for coffee refills several times. Food was delicious. Next time we will probably just come for dessert.
- The food is good. The service is slow. All white clientele and was amusing to watch a couple of ladies complain their whole way through their meal.
- EaterOctobre 13, 2016The eggs and tartines shouldn’t be missed. The menu includes eggs with avocado, feta, and red onions on quinoa bread; and a casserole of smoked salmon, asparagus, eggs, ricotta, capers, and red onions En savoir plus
- Kayser's croissant is way better than the one in le pain quotidien.
- Amy RobertsonJuin 13, 2015It's worth walking the extra 100 feet for better baked goods than whole foods
- JD MaloneOctobre 6, 2014I expected more based on the UES opinion of this place. However the bakery is good and they are usually over staffed so there's very little wait.
- Gellie ChayaFévrier 8, 2015Everything is good: great croissants, pastries, but terrible baguettes. Hard, small, just don't.
- Delicious french pastries and coffee!
- Chi NguyenAoût 9, 2014Please do qa on your bread, it's too tough and small... I know you can do better!
- Varun ShettyAoût 26, 2014Buy 2 dozen croissants. Go home and stick them in a pillowcase and rest your weary head on them. Every morning, eat one when you wake up. When you run out, get more.
