Jungsik Yim was one of the first chefs to mix Korean flavors and European
fine dining. Many consider this the birthplace of modern Korean cuisine.
Although other modern Korean restaurants have arisen since, Jungsik proven to
be an essential restaurant that represents Korea. Jungsik Bar, located on the
first floor, serves an a la carte menu if no room for a full-course meal.
