Super comfy bed and pillows! Quick decent food from room service. Staff is incredible, very friendly and helpful. Overall excellent all place to stay in great location.

Beautiful new hotel. A convenient walk to the Verizon Center and Chinatown. Very clean inside. I would definitely book here again.

New & Luxury hotel , nice decoration, good staff .... The only issue i have difficult to call (in&out) or to connect on my own cellphone network

Huge hotel. Good M Lounge. Rooms are decent. Getting a bit old. Great location.
No cell service on the M3 and M4 levels. Little service on the M2 level. Be prepared to have your phone charger or to set your phone on airplane mode to conserve your battery
the velocity sports bar seems nice. great staff and good food.- At&t is the only cell provider who got their repeaters installed in time. All other providers will have NO cell service on the M2 thru M4 levels

No cell phone reception in the lower levels. Connect to the hotel Wi-Fi instead
