Sit in the front for quiet listening, by the bar if you want to chat. Make a reservation, especially on the weekends.

Get here early for intimate seating near the front. Also cover gets you into Smalls. Plan on the first set ending for intermission with enough time to get to smalls by 10:50pm

Ambiente intimista, ótimos drinques e o melhor Jazz ao vivo que eu já escutei. Ótimos músicos com uma programação variada. Mas, ao chegar no endereço precisa coragem para entrar em um porão.

Great, cool, cozy jazz club. Music is not overwhelming and you can also have a chat with a friend sitting at the bar.

The place is pretty crowded and small so they don't let you talk during the performance. If you are looking for a casual jazz experience this isn't the place.
