- Ariel HermanMai 28, 2017North terminal has tons of fantastic food, especially Cuban. Check out La Carreta around D36, Kuva at D19. Cafe Versailles for medianoche and a cortadito.
- Fabiana ChávezAvril 21, 2014Excelente y gran aeropuerto internacional. Me encanta.
- Check out Versailles for some fresh guava pastries. If you're not from Miami and have never tried a guava pastry - trust me - you won't regret it.
- Most inefficient, uninspired, dysfunctional major airport in the US. Perfect blend of poor design and utter apathy. Pre-✅ closes at 4pm daily. Overcrowded. Understaffed. Get drunk prior to arrival.
- In and out is rough. Car rental is far from terminal. But if you're stuck at the airport fir a while there are great food options!
- Michael TiesoJuin 20, 2013The admiral lounge costs 50. Worth it! Great for long layovers, cheaper than hotel, unlimited coffee, drinks, etc. also has showers. And you get two drink tickets an free wifi. Fantastic deal.
- Miami.comAoût 1, 2014With the newly renovated Terminal D functioning like a mini Miami, you can enjoy favorite local destinations before you even leave the airport, like Ice Box Café, Café Versaille, and Books & Books. En savoir plus
- Take the 150 bus from MIA transit area near rental car terminal to Douth Beach in 30 min for only 2.35! It's a steal and a deal! Plenty of suitcase room too!
- Igor SaraivaMars 7, 2020The best and fastest pick up car rental is Alamo. I’ve lost more than 30min to rent at Sixty. Alamo has self-check stations. (This is not a sponsored review)
- Marco VicenteJanvier 22, 2015Lovely terminal, domestic flights with American got a long trip, don't miss the rest Don Shula's and its barbecue shrimps.
- Lorryn Z.Novembre 9, 2018This airport is huge, allow plenty of time. Also, come hungry because there are a ton of great restaurants here!
- A great place to exercise. The AA terminal has long walks between gates, so it's advisable to wear comfort shoes. Instead of taking the skytrain, walk to ur gate or up and down the steps to the train
- If traveling during American holidays give yourself at least 2 hours minimum, safer bet is 2.5 hours! American Airlines terminal is the best! So much variety you’ll never be bored!
- “La Carreta” it's a really nice place for sandwiches. Near to the gate D30 grab the Cuban a typical Florida's one. Also a bag of plateen sliced chips!!
- Lucretia PruittNovembre 28, 2014If you are cruising or leaving in the evening, the hotel by E concourse has a day rate from 10-6p. Worth every penny. Quiet, comfy beds, dark and chill.
- Angelica MTNovembre 18, 2012If you are departing from terminal F, do all your shopping and eating BEFORE you enter F. F only has 3 shops and 3 snack places; crappy. Outside F, MIA offers a wonderful array of shops and eateries.
- SkyMallNovembre 17, 2010If your in the Miami Airport, don't miss La Carreta Cuban Cuisine by gate D37. Try the Ropa Vieja with plantains and rice coupled with a Cafe con Leche Coffee for a perfect meal.
- Barry HennesseyMai 23, 2014Just a few miles away a must try
www.elmagodelasfritas.com something only found in Miami ! Don't leave without giving it a shot.
- Going on a cruise & renting a car the day before? Alamo has a bus to the port after you drop off your car. If you rent a car on your return, there is a Alamo bus ride back too.
- If you're flying out of Concourse D (and have time to kill) go to the end of the terminal btwn gates 1-24 for a fantastic selection of shopping & food. Ice Box Cafe is a MUST, especially the breakfast
- If you live in Miami, travel to J South on your day off and watch the flight attendants take their high healed shoes off in the security checkpoint and walk on their toes. It's exhilarating!
- Get your ass here early...follow the 2-hour recommended arrival time before your flight. You never know....signed: #RoadWarrior
- The Cuban cuisine its my favorite to eat inside the airport as it’s good and not too pricey
- Want a quick cafe con leche, pastelito to go b4 u board? Cuban cafe - creatively spelled "KU-VA" is just what your tastebuds are asking for. Buen Provecho! Enjoy!
- If you're hungry and not feeling any fast food places... Go to La Carreta by gate D37. Order Ropa Vieja and thank me later. ;)
- I love this airport... if you are hungry please try “la carreta”
- Alex DamashekOctobre 31, 2013When you get to Miami International every conversation you overhear is in Spanish and the airport restaurant smells like rice & beans & plantains. Amazing!
- EaterJuillet 11, 2012Top Dining Options: Beaudevin, Cafe Versailles, Lorena Garcia Cocina, Icebox Cafe, and Sushi Maki are all located in Terminal D; Casa Bacardi, Terminal E, Second Level, Central Terminal. En savoir plus
- Richard LotzNovembre 6, 2014Entertain yourself on the moving walkway with a bouncy playground surface. You'll need it during the hike from the terminals to the rental car or metro rail building.
- Get some Atelier Monnier macarons, Cuban coffee, and take the metro rail to/from the city for $2.50 instead of cabbing. It's quick, easy, and convenient.
- One of the best airports I’ve visited lots of good places to eat especially the Caribbean restaurant with the crab soup. Stay away from the empanada store food sucks

- Todo ! Las tiendas , la comida ! Menos el área de Avior ! Nos tiraron para lo mas feo !
- Be prepared to walk...and walk....and walk! Six gate changes for one flight!
- Alex SalyukovFévrier 6, 2017Check in at domestics flight is very fast! There aren't queues! Convenient and comfortable airport! Everyone may trying rom or tequila go free;)
- AA’s PreCheck only lane always gets me through in under 10 minutes. Otherwise, concourse E is the fastest line. Avoid concourse D lines, they’re always the longest.
- James UnderbergFévrier 20, 2016Love the shopping ! Good food court and the Delta Club is well placed and nicely done !
- I'm not a big fan of MIA as its not that easy to get around if you have to switch airlines. Good airport to come through if you are heading to South America but for domestic travel go FT Lauderdale
- Viktor ValinMai 14, 2013
- When leaving the car rental lot the concrete messes with the gps and everyone gets on the road and has to slow down or stop before the first intersection to wait for the satellites to catch up. :-)
- Nice Airport. TSA PRE lane on terminal D took just 3 minutes to get thru. Cafe Versailles is Da Bomb! Order a Medianoche and Cafecito anytime, can't miss. The American Express Centurion Lounge...
- American has two nice Admirals Clubs in D. D15 is reasonably big. The one in high Ds is better. Private bath stalls, good bars & lots of outlets. Bring your own WiFi - TMibile always overloaded.
- From baggage claim, go the the 3rd floor and follow the signs for car rental. You get to ride a train!
- Juan Pablo CollaguazoMars 5, 2015There is no free WI-FI at MIA. It is a myth, which makes transiting through MIA extremely dissapointing! Even small airports like SAV have Free WIFI!Also...delays at USCPB are unbelievable!
- Kevin PaulFévrier 26, 2013Car rental has never been more of a pleasure! Amazing set up that takes you on a 20 minute scenic tour by car and then a wonderful 5 mile stroll before you actually make it to security.
