Please eat the spicy tuna roll with the avocado salad for starters. It's the best thing in Manchester. As a Londoner, I really mean it. I'm going to miss this place.

The Boss (Ichiban) is one of Mint's signature rolls and it is delicious! It's Tempura Shrimp, Tuna, Spicy Tuna, Avocado, 3 Kinds of Caviar.

Best place to hang with friends new and old after tasting a few too many wines (hey, it was a benefit!) Try the Elm St Maki and for a cocktail, the Cucumber Dreams!

Another outstanding evening at Mint Bistro! We even had dessert. The new nectarine pistachio tart! To DIE for! And Jamie was awesome as usual!

The scallops and prawn risotto was seasoned very well. It's broth was a nice lemony flavor.

Dave and Jamie are fantasic bartenders. Ask Dave for "The Dave". Never had a bad dish - and yes, the Elm Street Maki lives up to the hype.

Just got back from Mint Bistro and it was amazing. The service was awesome and the food it the best in downtown. AWESOME!!!!!!!!

Tapas and service was good. I did not enjoy the sushi, the sushi was of poor quality, I've had better and cheaper sushi at Market Basket.
