Both the regular and foot long red hots are the quintessential Chicago Dog done well. Get them charred. Very savory, bun steamed right and just the right flavor balance with everything on it.

Ask them to make you a grilled foot long hot dog on french bread. I get it with everything including sport peppers. Fries of course. Excellent sandwich, tell Bill sent you!
