I came to this iconic place to eat the famous Frank hot dogs in November. I didn't see any lines; ordered 3 different types of hot dogs and enjoyed them. This is a must visit place in Coney Island.
Classic Hotdog with Mustard, Ketchup, and Relish and you're good to go. Don't forget some of the crinkle cut fries. If the seating area is too full, there's some shaded seating in the amusement park.
This iconic stand serves as a benchmark, with hot dogs that break apart with an aurally pleasing snap thanks to natural casings, & you can have yours slathered in chili, cheese, or peppers and onions.
Yes, the hot dogs taste great with the smell of brine in your nostril, but don’t overlook the clam offerings, which include fried clams and raw clams on the half shell, at bargain prices. En savoir plus
Hot Dogs and fries. Hot Dogs are not cheap at $4.75. You can join the Nathan’s club and get them for$1.99 but only one a day for a month. They send coupons every month but only one item each visit.
Good any time of the year. The lines on the right side of the building near the tables are usually the shortest in the summer. In the winter - the place is yours!
They have great hotdogs but they’re pricey. Come here on July 22nd (National hot dog day) for $0.05 hot dogs aka the original price of a hot dog when this establishment opened in 1916!
Hot dogs from the original are a must. I ordered a lobster roll (so cheap at 6.99) and it was tasty but the portion of lobster was pretty small. Guess you get what you pay for!
Grande fast food a ridosso del luna park e dalla spiaggia di Coney Island. Comodo da raggiungere anche dalla stazione della metropolitana. Locale molto grande con qualche posto a sedere all'esterno.
The century-old recipe still works: the hot dogs have good, firm texture and a snap when you bite. The light smoky, spicy flavor is reminiscent of the ball park on a summer evening. En savoir plus
Lines are long, but it gives you enough time to look at the menu and decide. Obviously you'll need to try the Nathan's hot dog if you haven't. Their cheese burgers and fries aren't bad either.
According the guides its a must visit place. Hotdogs are really good, but it doesn’t differ from ordinary hotdogs you can buy in food carts. However, its a name, brand and history.
The bun is flimsy, but in the end, it’s just a vehicle for the chain-spawning wiener, which has a tight casing that gives way to a juicy interior. En savoir plus
Perfect after a long day at the beach. You're already sweaty, burnt and sandy so go all out and get a hot dog, bacon cheese fries and a beer. Worry about your health later. (4 of 4 petals via Fondu) En savoir plus
It's not all about hot dogs (though that's probably what you're here for)—the french fries and clams are popular choices, too. You can even buy frog's legs at the Surf Avenue location, if you dare.
Love the hot dogs and french fries but they are certainly not the same as when I started coming here as a child. The dogs were plumper and had a taste to them that has disappeared.
Still the best hot dogs. Chili dogs are nicely loaded. Lemonade is not too sweet. Nice selection of locally brewedbeers. Consistent between locations at Coney Island.
Go here and get yourself an original Coney IslandHot Dog. This place is almost 100 years old! July 4 is the World Famous Hot Dog eating contest. Also ride the Cyclone if you dare!
Nathan's is still one of the best hot dogs you'll ever eat. Nathan's outside of Coney Island just will never be as good and the service seems much better.
Coney Island Nathans is a must! Love sitting outside w cold beer & people watching. Ok u dig the dogs here, but on Coney Island menu they have a lobster sandwich to die for- move over Luke's - delish!
Best hot dogs. Worth sitting in the freezing cold for! Come during the day to take a ride on the Cyclone, go to the NY Aquarium, and stroll down the boardwalk to Brighton Beach.
Established 1916, expanded in 1946. Home to annual Fourth of July hot dog eating contest, dating back to 1916. Famously eaten by Al Capone and served by FDR to the British Royal Family.
Un poco caro para el tamaño, pero merece la pena. Si compras el hot dog dentro de Luna Park es 50 cents más barato pero no hay donde sentarse. Lo mejor es comprarlo ahí y comerlo en la playa.
It was a good...a really good hot dog. Now the fries were not good. I do consider myself a French-fry sommelier and I with confidence can say, sub par. The service was good and very polite.
