If the Denman St branch is queuetastic try your luck here. Plonk down on a table or order your ramen to go. However you do it, pair it with the intense Musashino beer. A perfect match for the ramen
If you've been to the other Shoryus you know what to expect, but the tucked away spot of Kingly makes it less likely to find a queue. Still, try to avoid 12:30 – 14:00
The current seasonal special, the seafood kimchee ramen, is seriously, seriously good. Wouldn't be surprised if it's a stayer.
Easily my favourite ramen place in London. The kimchi seafood ramen is ridiculously good and ridiculously generous. Go go go!
If Sake-no-hana ran a ramen joint—super slick. Keep in mind what's standard elsewhere are extras here i.e. boiled egg and though the menu looks limited, customise with items like the curry ball, epic!
Cute, caf style ramen bar popular with Japanese patrons. In all honesty the stock isn't as intense as Tonkotsu, as refined as Shoryu or as ballsy as Bone Daddies, but fuck it, I didn't have to wait.
Loads of unique “fusion” ramen recipes taking in American, British and Korean influences. Didn't try any of those but their miso ramen is a bit on the sweet side for my tastes
Maybe it's the home ground advantage but it seems like the broth here is even better than at the other Tonkotsus…
The broth of their Tonkotsu ramen is actually decent, but the noodles are a bit too soft and the pork over cooked (can't really call it cha siu). Still, it'll do a job if you can't get to Soho
