    They are re doing Terminal 1. It's an ugly mess. Maybe when it's done it will be nicer.

    Baggage claim is a complete disaster, two monitors for each carrousel with just ads no flight info. Good luck finding your bag!

    The airport traffic flow and signs have gotten a lot better. The on site parking entrances are consolidated now.

    TSA aren't nice anymore.. Or they used to have nice people who allow late birds to at least go front of security check. Nope, not anymore. Missed my flight, now here just waiting, all alone... :(

    Pretty small airport. There is only one main security line...recommend at least 1.5 hours at the least to check in (w/o no checked bags)

    Really hate this airport. It is dirty and smells. Limited options for food. One place had music so loud it was echoing throughout the gate. Get me out of here and I am not coming back.

    What did the oakland shoreline look like before it was filled in? The educational signs are actually quite interesting.

    Add some extra time to your schedule if you need to rent a car. Car rental requires a shuttle ride.
