Great food, cool decor, terrible service. Took them 10 mins to collect our two cards and another 15 mins to process them.

Decent food but not my favourite Thai in Hell’s Kitchen. Noodle dishes were kind of heavy. Enjoyed the veggie dumplings. Beautiful decor.

Ambiance is lovely and bright but not sure what's with the hostess' attitude. My sitting at a table rather than bar has nothing to do with us only being allowed to pay via cash. #bitch

Everything we ordered was way too sweet and lacked other flavor. Even the duck curry had added pineapple and lychees (???). Won't be returning.

Was told that the wait is 15 minutes and ended up waiting close to an hour. Service was terrible- They forgot about the appetizer we'd ordered and a request we made about a specific entrée

In all honesty I liked the menu under ember room. Not to say that the current menu is bad but the ember room menu is better.

Ordered and waited half an hour for the appetizer, food finally came but it was meat dumplings w/ shrimp instead of vegetarian dumplings, my husband is allergic to shrimp :(

Spare ribs on sugarcane weird... Norm = spare ribs on bone - these were honey coated bacon on cane but tasty, not as good as true spare ribs - the Thai holy basil chicken delicious! Best meal in NYC!
