Nate (pool concierge) is AWESOME & super helpful. Facilities, pool, bartenders at Sunset Pier... cannot be beat! Room cleaning services need some improvement but overall a fantastic stay/trip!

Kate RitchieMai 23, 2012Oksana is the sweetest concierge and has some great connections for more personalized experiences eg snorkeling and jet skiing- Check out Spa Terre. Had my nails (mani/pedi) done for my wedding and they did a fantastic job!

Super duper expensive and every time we go in here there's some reason or another we can't buy something. This time the network was down. Last time, they didn't have things in stock.
