Great service. They'll help you find what you need to stay warm. Btw, Patagonia is an amazing company (eg, organic cotton, CSR, etc).

$0.20 for a shopping bag (proceeds donated)?!? You may have nice, cozy, high-tech clothes, but stick this self-important store policy up another warm place I know. Disrespectful after a $200 purchase!
