Paul EllisSeptembre 8, 2013Disappointing--no hot water for shower BOTH mornings. Staff slow to react to domestic issues in the hallway at 0230 and again at 0330 hours. And why in the heck do you need ice at those hours too?
Be back for 5pm in the ski season... Free cookies and hot chocolate delivered to your door- The in room air conditioner doesn't work as well as one would hope.
- Be careful to pull your door closed tight! The doors don't just shut on their own.
