The Pier 5 Hotel is a nice boutique property located on The Charm'tastic Mile next to the National Aquarium. Ruth's Chris Steakhouse & McCormick & Schmick's Seafood are located on the ground floor

Great location. Reliable shuttle service. Water view rooms with balconies. Free happy hour each evening. Full breakfast. Comfortable beds. Suites are large. Friendly, accommodating staff

Modern accommodations, and very easy to walk to attractions throughout the inner harbor (without having to cross and streets)

Nice harbor-view rooms, but small and clearly an older hotel that has added some trendy paint colors trying to be "boutique." Good location for tourist destinations.

Service was good, but calling the design dated would be generous. Like a Disney cruise ship from 1992.

Business Center is a desktop pc and a monitor - you'll need to see the front desk if you print anything
