Impressive range of books. And staff. Apparently they can complete a purchase without making eye contact, acknowledging your presence or breaking from conversations with colleagues.

People familiar with the spacious Grand Central location may be disappointed. This space is smaller, with a smaller selection of titles as well.

Great book store, loads of very funny cards. And free WiFi so if your not from the US you can avoid £6/Mb data charges.

More expensive than your average bookstore, but there fiction selection is quite nice! Their travel selection is rather limited though :( I couldn't find any books for Amsterdam or Lisbon! :(

Child-sized furniture they had at opening in the kid's section has disappeared, replaced by 21 (and counting!) sternly worded signs about diapers, food, etiquette, etc.
