Strongman
At primal fitness our versatility & experience allows us to bring athletes to their peak potential in many disciplines. We have a number of clients who have successfully competed in strongman competitions ranging from small local affairs to larger regional & national events. We have a variety of implements to take your strongman training to a new level; atlas stones, a yoke, farmers carry bars, an axle, a variety of tires & a steel log for pressing. Add to this our gear for olympic lifting & powerlifting & you have everything you need to donimate the next competition. We will develop a personalized program to improve your weaknesses & make you more competitive while reducing your injuries & fixing any poor movement patterns. All of this is included in our monthly unlimited crossfit memberships

Our 4 week on-ramp gives you intensive instruction in the basics of our crossfit group classes. The cost for the on-ramp is 200.00 for the month of intensive, beginner-specific training. The first 2 week’s focus is on learning & perfecting the foundational movements & methods we utilize, while the 3rd & 4th weeks will be spent participating in the regular group classes w/ our scaled, intermediate level workouts.

Kid's Gymnastics
Kittens (2 Years)

Through fun gymnastics based activities we will focus on the child's development in the areas of body awareness, gross motor, balance & general movement. This is a great introduction to the gymnastics environment as we will use the balance beam, mats, & the bar to keep your child moving. Classes are held in 8 week sessions on Saturday mornings from 9:45 to 10:15. Due to limited availability, you must register ahead of time. class is limited to 6 participants. While parents are welcome to sit in the training area, they are requested to not interact w/ their children during the class.
Lions (5-7 Years)

We get kids started in functional recreational gymnastics. Kids will learn new skills & be challenged, however there is no competitive aspect to our program. Beginner gymnastic skills such as basic tumbling, bar & beam work will be covered & will help your child develop balance, agility, strength, flexibility, & a sense of accomplishment. This class is run in 8 week sessions on Saturdays from 11:50am to 12:40pm. Class is limited to 8 participants so please register early.
Cubs (3-4 Years)

Your child will learn a variety of new skills while focusing on coordination, body awareness, & strength. The skills we will focus on include jumping, rolls, cartwheels, flexibility, beam work & bar work. At this level children will also begin to develop by connecting multiple skills together. All the while your child will be in a fun, social environment. This class is suitable for most preschool children between the ages of 3 & 4 1/2, please contact us if you're not sure which class is right for your child. Cubs classes have limited availability, please sign up ahead of time for the 10:20 to 11:00 am session or the 11:05 to 11:45 session. Classes are run in 8 week sessions. Class is limited to 7 children per session. While parents are welcome to sit in the training area, they are requested to not interact w/ their children during the class.
Monthly (7-12 Years)

In this class, Justin Frevert transfers his skills & experience to our monthly gymnastic students. In this ongoing program children will be learning tumbling skills such as walkovers, round-offs, back handsprings as well as using the other sets of equipment frequently. We focus on strength & flexibility as part of our program. We look to continue developing self-confidence by setting & accomplishing personal goals. This class is a monthly class & meets Friday evenings from 5:15 to 6:45. Class is limited to 8 participants.
