- Make sure they aren't being lazy about changing the cooking grease. Supposed to be changed every 3 hours I am told.

If you can, eat here. The food tastes so much better. If you take it to go it will get soggy.
If you're getting this to-go or to bring back to LA, swap the coleslaw & fries for toast so that you can just pop everything in the [toaster] oven when you get home. =]
