- Good location to go around the city, very close to Bukit Nanas Monorail and KLCC
- Comfy spacious room..breakfast not so great.. but overall good service.
- 22yo hotel that's recently changed owners.Parts of building r in dilapidated condition & very poorly maintained.Badly needs refurb.Parking's a big prob.No sense complaining as mgmt doesn't listen!🤨😡

- Staff here are seriously lacking in training & company knowledge. Admittedly maybe best staff not here as it is New Years Eve 2012. Club floor toilets have no tissue, toilet roll or toilet paper.
- Parking fee here is RM10 per day but if you will park only for half an hour so choose an hourly rate starting from RM6 for the first hour and RM4 for the each consequent hours.

- dirty bathroom (toilet and bathtub so bacteria friendly ;) :/ )
