Rentals Faq

Audio / Visual

Rates include one house engineer to assist w/ your sound & lighting needs. Sound, lighting, & technical needs must be discussed w/ engineer prior to your event to insure you have the necessary equipment & staffing lined up for your event. An additional rocketown engineer can be added at a day rate of $250.00.

Tables & Chairs

Rocketown welcomes any rental companies for tables, chairs, & decorations. The event coordinator is happy to place any orders for these items for your event.

Parking

Rocketown parking is limited & arrangements need to be discussed w/ the facilities manager prior to your event.

Security

Rocketown has a security ratio of 1:75 for events. Security is arranged by rocketown & the client is billed for this expense on a post-event invoice.

Service Fees

Rocketown does not have a service fee or a minimum requirement. Booking is based on availability. Contact rocketown’s event coordinator as soon as possible if you have particular dates in mind. Complimentary holds will be placed for you if the date is available. Once a date has been agreed upon, a contract must be signed & a deposit made to confirm your event. Full payment is due upon the event date.

Catering

Rocketown welcomes any caterers, & we can provide recommendations to you. Please discuss your catering needs w/ the event coordinator well in advance so we can establish an efficient, convenient food service plan & prep space for your event.

Alcohol

Please inquire w/ our staff concerning our alcohol policy.

Smoking

Smoking is not allowed inside any parts of the building, including the restrooms & the covered front porch.

Vendors

Rocketown’s only preferred vendor is its security.
