Park @5th & mission garage w/rates between $2 & $4/hr depending on arrival time. Parking on Geary is free Sunday after 6am. Valet parking is $72/day. a parking ticket on Geary is just $71! A bargain

Nice hotel. Great service. Good breakfast in M lounge. Excellent gym. Absolutely amazing view from top floors. Close to union square.On the (-) expensive parking 85 dollars, destination fee 25 dollars

We had a hiccup and it didn't charge, but they were gracious enough to give us a free hour more.- The views are incredible with great lighting and a clear view to all the events going on at the SF MOMA.

Concierge lounge serves a great breakfast. If you are not gold or platinum status ask for access - worth the extra money for the selection and convenience. You can stock up on water and soda too.

Love this hotel! Perfectly situated adjacent to downtown locations and the staff is always pleasant.- The hotel was renovated in 2019, the service has been perfect post pandemic. The M Club is closed until July but that is subject to change. The View should be opened by June.

Mychael RAvril 18, 2013I've stayed at this hotel many times,, usually very good.. t his time my room on 17th floor (1754) was too close to the elevators.. was hard to sleep with the constant noise of the elevator- The views are amazing and the staff is the best I have ever experienced.
You'll have to pay for drinks at the concierge lounge, so just go up to the View Lounge on the 39th floor instead.

Fantastic bar up on the top, great views. Beautiful hotel all around.- Atrium is a great spot to get work done or have a video call.
Great M Club Lounge with a great breakfast, dinner, and drinks.
The staff here are awesome! Friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.
