The home made hash here is probably the best I have ever had. Highly recommend.

Tide pools, diving, fire pits, cliffs, great place to picnic or to walk, dog friendly - and drop dead gorgeous! My fav beach. The also filed the opening scene from Gilligan's Island on the cove, ha!

Summer time is here and there is always something happening in HB. Weekends are crazy fun. Was just there on Saturday and there were bands playing and thousands of people enjoying the Cali Sun!

Despite being smack up against the 405 in a busy commercial area this hotel is actually a classy little gem~ warm, welcoming & elegant! Don't judge a hotel by it's hood! This one surprises!
When you book online it let's you request an upgrade for a discount. Do it! It's worth it, the suites are really nice.
Go early in the evening and have dinner, then make an evening of it and enjoy cocktails by the fire pit. Great food, service and ambiance. Great weeknight - date night spot.

Beware if you use Priceline!!! They actually have tiny little rooms with 1 double bed!!! NOT large enough for 2 people... Then they charge you to upgrade to something larger.

Ask for the view, west and south! They may decide you're cool and let you stay there. But don't count on getting room 505. I'll be living there from now on. It's like a dream.
