To get the best work out and stretch, do the 75 min fusion with spin and yoga or double up spin and yoga classes. If you only do spin, your muscles end up super tight. Maintain your flexibility!

Spin classes are mostly 45 minutes with fun music and varied movements. Yoga isn't very "zen" but they have great sculpt classes ! Has a jrink juice location

Tori and Cory are both great, though I favor Tori. She makes adjustments, keeps you moving and not thinking about things, my favorite part of yoga.

You have to take the flow class with Tano. Best class I've been to in ages

For the newcomers like me: sculpt fusion is 30 minutes spinning and 30 minutes yoga.
