- There are shelves at eye level above the urinals. One in ten passengers will bang their head into them before or after relieving themselves. Don't be one of them.
- JennAvril 27, 2011Great airport. Lots to do after security. Try the turkey & cheddar w/ cucumber sandwich from Starbucks...its the perfect snack before a flight.
- The free Wifi is insanely fast. I got 30 Mbps down and 50 Mbps up. This has to be a mistake by whoever manages the network but enjoy while it lasts.

- Flight delayed? Get a mani, pedi or massage at butter (near gate 7) or get some polish in one of their great colors.
- The cheapest way to get out of here is to take the skybridge to the light rail. If you will be here for a week and take any transit, buy an orca card at the station.

- If you rent a car at SeaTac plan for an extra 30+ minutes because the rental car facility has now been moved offsite and a shuttle bus will transport you to and from the terminals, similar to LAX.
- Of all the airports that have been my home airport, this is my second favorite.

- Rookie mistake is to get in the first security line you see. Usually the ones in the middle or south end are shorter, so find a faster one.

- Parking is high, great land side food though, plenty of places to sit and wait for passengers flying in
- If you're in the north satellite, eat at Bigfoot! Family owned -real people& tasty!! Try the pulledpork sandwich! They also have alcohol :)
- Nice airport, fast security check, wifi is free and good.

- This is a great place to catch a flight, which is a much faster way to get somewhere than walking or driving.
- International arrivals will have a different experience. You now collect your bags and the proceed to passport control
- TSA agents are much friendlier (and smarter) in Portland. If you are on the Alaska airlines shuttle to PDX you can speed through ANY security line. Not just the one closest to Alaska gates.

- TSA-Pre is at checkpoint 3 which is at the beginning (Alaska) of airport terminal (united fliers walk long & then again walk back once thru security)...which airlines have most TSA -pre's UA or Alaska

- SheilaOctobre 19, 2019California airports need to take lessons on traffic and people moving from Sea-Tac, even in the rain we stayed undercover from plane to bus to terminal to shuttle services!
- If you have a military CAC, you can go to the TSA pre-check. No shoes off.....no liquids/gels, laptops out your bags.....none of that. Just walk thru.

- The Seattle Taproom by A/B terminal has a much better beer selection than the Alaska brewpub on the other side.
