Great view of Salzburg from the fortress , you could either walk up or take a tram ride up. If you have time and are able to walk up, take a pit stop halfway through for some local brew.

A small exhibition with only a few rooms, but a lovely, special atmosphere and you can learn a lot about the Mozart family, and the kind of people they were. The place to fall in love with Mozart.

The pizzas are very good, service hit and miss, deserts try the panna cotta its AMAZING and Piccolo Duo is NOT piccolo ;-) always v. busy so book a table if you really want one! Buon Appetito
Fresh, inspired, healthy food, always a good lunch offer, fresh juices and a rather yummie espresso and cake combo at reasonable prices! Open until 9pm. Great lunch spot!
If you fancy traditional Austrian cuisine, a nice beer garden and all that at great value for money: Weiserhof is the perfect place to eat - also far away from the tourist crowds.

the best picture spot is at the far end of the lake, you will get the Hohensalzburg Fortress and the Leopoldskron Castle into one shot.
Mount Untersberg is a power place of earth, according to the Dalai Lama its the heart chacra of our planet. The views are amazing, only go up in good weather, otherwise take the cable car.
