Mike the fit guru was so helpful and knowledge. He helped me fix my cleats focusing on the things I needed and not what he wanted to sell me. Such honesty and helpfulness. Highly recommend!

The service they did had my bike purring. Kinda tricky to know who to talk to when you've got a service/technical/tools/parts question though as they're not always the most welcoming bunch.

Good vibe, helpful staff, and shop dogs. If you need tubes, head to the mechanics in the back.

This place is awful. I don't recommend it at all. Don't trust their judgement, they aren't looking out for your best interests. I bought a road bike there, and it wasn't even put together properly.
