BUY A FLASH PASS!!! We were there for 6hours and only got on 4 roller coasters! The lines were longer here then at Disney World! Must get on Green Lantern, Kingda Ka, El Toro, Nitro & Bizaro!

Gold flash pass is the tits! Totally worth the extra dough. Barely waited in line the whole day and rode the front of every major coaster.

Leave your cell phone in the car! You'll just wind up bringing it back there anyway. EVERYTHING gets wet!!

Go on a Monday..less people and the lines are somewhat shorter. There are metal detectors so there is a long wait before you enter.

Six Flags blocks web access on-site, so purchase your Internet tickets before arriving to the park! Don't worry if you forget to print; the park has print stations at the entrance..

Wave pool, lazy river and long lines. The snail pace of ride lines make Great Adventure's lines seem like express lanes.

Check the forecast if you're interested in a FlashPass. It's pointless on a rainy day when the roller coasters keep opening and closing. Prepare to get crap from people if you buy the ride twice pass.

Smoking areas are located in blue, I can't stand calling security on people who don't follow the rules. Beer and other alcohol must be consumed in the area you bought it from.

If you're picking up your kid in the drop-off/pickup lot, be prepared to wait a long time! Once the shuttle bus came around, they didn't even stop to let my daughter off.

I came before summer and it was great. After that, not so much. 1) kids were throwing full water bottles in line; I got hit 2) rules are unevenly enforced throughout the park. Won't be back too soon.

if your up for intense rides you have to try slingshot and skycoaster it's amazing and what a rush!

There is a food stand right by the south beach locker rentals that sells $2.99 hot dogs. Best food deal in the park!

The 8 dollar an hour staff tend to not do the best check of bags. You can easily roll up water bottles inside your towels and bring them in.

If you get there early, you can ride pretty much everything without a line until about 2:30. Much cheaper than buying a flash-pass!

Fast pass not necessary on a Wed in the summer. There are hardly any lines & the park isn't crowded.

If you buy your Season Pass at the END of the Season (in the Fall....in Oct.) they'll let you also USE IT for the NEXT season as well!! I did that at the end of 2010 & now go all through 2011 TOO!

Great roller coasters. Nasty bathrooms. Rides and Safari were not operating. Still prefer Busch Gardens parks.

Buy a flash pass (even if it's just a basic one). Sure it's an extra 30 bucks (less depending on your group size more depending on the level) but it is worth every penny!

the scream machine is what the park is known for. The Nitro is the best but the Scream Machine has the best tradition

Wear cargo pants and use those pockets for essentials. Don't bring a bag in the park. Save money on renting a locker at every ride.

Word to the wise, when buying flash pass you will need to leave your ID but an ID is also needed for every alcohol purchase. 1 ID per drink.

Make sure you check out the Coca Cola Freestyle! Over 100+ drink choices and .99 cent refills if you have a souvenir cup or free if you have a wristband!

Get your whole train to scream 'Lucky Train!' When arriving back, conductor might let you ride again if your enthusiastic enough! Rode Kinda Ka 2x without having to get up!

Read the guest code of conduct and all instructional signs. They are posted before every attraction. This saves everyone time. Also every ride has a height check sign at the bottom.

Nitro is the best overall. You must ride King Da Ka just to say you rode the tallest.

Kingda Ka is merely a scenery piece. Consider yourself lucky if it's actually open. Enjoy El Toro and Nitro instead.

Buy the flash pass it really helps we bought the hold pass and didn't have to wait in line at all. Managed to cover the while park in about 7 hours. We spent more time walking than we did in lines

Holiday in the park was great. Not crowded at all and the lights were really pretty.
