The sugar is syrup-ed. The mint is crushed to release the oils. The soda isn't overpoured. And the glass is brass to keep the refreshing elixir colder longer. This is a mojito made with love.
Given the Latin leanings of the place, you have to hold the bartender to higher standards. Generous mint supply but sadly, chunks of sugar crystals sanded at the bottom of the glass.
I believe the bartenders are ex-Lei so no surprise that this hidden gem serves up top shelf mojitos. Also in dashing metal cups.
