To add on to her comment, if you need a snack and you want something more healthy than mcdonalds or a coffee shop, try smoothie king! Real fruit, protein and energy!

Smoothie king is not as healthy as you think. Get the nutritional guide and see the sugar. Make sure you know if you're really trying to lose weight.
