    All the employees are very nice.The breakfast buffet is ok.The pools, rooms are clean.just the sea is not good.It is look like clean but there was jelly fish problem 😬

    Bad service, overpriced. We pre-booked a suite, when we arrived they told us they had no rooms available!! We had to wait for an hour to get to our room. They didn't even apologize. Rude.

    Nice and comfortable rooms with horrifically bad service across the board (front desk, pool, restaurants). Only good if you have young kids. Would not come back to this Sofitel location.

    Nice staff, clean and quiet place. Strategic location..if you prefer a higher-floor room, I may tell you, the elevator isn't adequate! Plus, you should take a look at "Sofit" health club..Enjoy!
