If you are looking for a knowledgeable trainer, ask for Aaron Krahling. I spoke with him for an initial fitness consult and he was able to show me proper form, & added a few new things to my routine.

Loved that this used to be a school. Interesting setup but overall has a lot to offer. Friendly staff.

Place needs some tlc - paint pealing and bubbling off the walls, grout coming out around the tiles, steam room is consistently not working ... Etc

Totally worth the cost. Fun classes, not crowded and a rock wall.

They refresh the jacuzzi early in morning.

The trainers are obnoxious and the equipment is old and low quality. This gym is on the down slope and won't last much longer.
