Mats are available for free, just wipe them down at the end of class. Love all of Tal's classes! She explains and assists through all the postures and transitions in a very clear and helpful way.

Lovely little studio in LES. Solid teachers, nice warm atmosphere, a good pace of practice for various levels. Free mats too!

Hidden gem of a yoga studio. I feel like I'm tricked into a workout because the studio is so chill and meditative. I'm always surprised how challenged and relaxed the classes make me.

Come for 12pm yoga and stay for insanely yummy (and healthy) lunch. Iced teas are worth swinging by for too.
