Okay, there are permanent part which consists of works by famous artists like Chagall, Picasso, Modrian and so on and temporary part which is so crazy that could be impressive only with mushrooms. >_<

Also known by locals as the giant bath tub. It is dedicated to modern and contemporary art and design. Usually it is not as crowded as the Van Gogh museum or the Rijksmuseum so it's worth checking... En savoir plus

Здесь есть 2 зала супрематизма с Малевичем! Великолепная работа ВанГога, Кандинского и Мане. Любителям импрессионизма сюда определённо стоит заглянуть. Хотя бы ради "Белое на Белом"

Very nice art museum with the levitating cube :) I liked their bar exposition from the past where you can see how the bar in LA looked like. Pretty nice place to visit

Modern art. Usually with great temporary expositions and the regular art collection is awesome too. Go to the halls where you find the Roy Lichtenstein item and Who's Afraid of Red, Yellow and Blue.

Good collection of modern art with hilights such as Picasso, Mondrian, Kadinsky, Chagall and de Kooning 🎨 All the contemporary art is terribly cliché and unimpressive. Not worth a full price ticket.

A must see for modern Art lovers. Check out the book shop in the entrance hall, there are often some expensive illustrated books on sale.

Best Modern Art museum in The Netherlands. Great architecture and spacious. Save money! Buy a Museum Jaarkaart at the entrance instead of separate tickets for Rijksmuseum, Van Gogh and other museums.

Great permanent collection - Malevich, Mondriaan, Kandinsky, Chagall. On the second floor the exhibition is more crazy, but at least you can have fun)

The architecture is amazing , the space is very inspiring and easy to navigate . Very nice exhibitions if you're into modern art .

Unlike Van Gogh Museum it's easier to get in. You can pay in cash. Currently you can see Chagall, Mondrian, Picasso exhibition

Interesting collection of modern art. Get the museumkaart for €60 if you plan on hitting all 3 €15 museums in this area and almost anything else in Amsterdam that requires a ticket!

Visited Marcel Wanders exhibition, which I reccomend to see if you´re into design or art generally. I liked especially black dark room with some monstrous pieces and meaningful quotes on the wall...

Very interesting museum, defintely one you should check out. You can find all the big names here : Picasso, Mondriaan, Van Gogh, Appel, Kandinsky, Malevich, Rothko, Newman and so on.

Very good overview of modern art/design with some great pieces of Malevich, Mondriaan and Rietveld ... less impressive pieces regarding contemporary art, but in a whole a very strong exhibition ...

Definitely one of the best art museums in Ansterdam (better than Rijksmuseum and Van Gogh museum nearby). Great variety of interesting modern art. Good gift shop too.

На первом этаже интересно - поздние работы Рембрандта, Ван Гога, работы Шагала, Малевича. А дальше (2-3 этаж) современное искусство, для примера - похоже на музей Пинчука в Киеве.

One of the best contemporary art museums of the Netherlands. You'll find Barnett Newman, Yves Klein, Piet Mondriaan, Malevich and many others in its collection.

I liked the expo about design and the fact that this museum doesn't have a 3 hour line like many others in Amsterdam. The negative side - it is very very expensive. A museum should be more accessible.

Es arte moderno así que si no es algo que a uno le interese, sería mejor evitar entrar. Si por el contrario sí es algo que les interesa, es el museo más grande de este tipo que conozco.

Try the restaurant on Sunday mornings when its still quiet. This is actually one of the few places with a professional and friendly staff in Amsterdam!

A very cool museum with spacieuse and bright room that allow you to appreciate the various creations, sculpture, painting and design from 19th to 20th century. Curious Will enjoy going to Stedelijk :)

Head downstairs to their restaurant for a bite. The shrimp croquettes were the best croquettes I had in all of Amsterdam!

Good variety of artworks. Great place for graphic designer, they showcase tons of book designs. Friday closed at 10pm

Should have been good but many of the temporary exhibitions today let it down. More of the photographs from South Africa's LGBTI community and designs for refugees please and less of the pretentious!
