Not the best sushi in NYC but it's a great value. Similar to their locations in LA, menu is simple, sushi is delicious, service is great, and it's relatively affordable. Price includes gratuity.

The only vegetarian options are warm rice, a cucumber roll and edamame. Plan accordingly, fellow veggies.

Ambiance, service, decor all quite lovely. Fish though, was not nearly as fresh as what you get at the Marina Del Rey and Santa Monica locations. Not sure i'd wait the two hours again.

their casual take on warm rice, limited options, seamless, hearty, comfort food sushi is bar none. excellent nigori and green tea too!

Sub-par sushi that sadly isn't worth the wait. Definitely not NYC level. Really horrible service where food is basically thrown at you. I was so excited :(

Lived up to the hype. Extremely fresh, meticulously prepared 🍣. Strongly suggest you go with one of Omakase. Great deals during lunch.

You know how they keep the prices so low? Because they service lesser quality fish than you'd find at other restaurants. They baste the fish with that delicious glaze which gives it that 'OMG' flavor.

SUGARFISH is the best sushi restaurant in NYC. It's been open 3 nights, and it's already true. Lives up to all the LA hype. Put your name down, plan for a long wait. Order the Trust Me. 🍣

If you think Sweetgreen is AMAZING and you can't get enough of Jacks Wife Frieda, then this is the sushi restaurant for you. If you prefer GOOD, authentic sushi then go somewhere else.
