    Not just yoga. This studio/gym has a little bit of everything. YogaBootyBallet w/ Teigh & Gillian is one of the most fun classes you can take. They are just bundles of energy. Great vibe & community.

    ZYKOFF Life Care Meditation Class here Monday's at 3:30 and Friday's at 2pm. Learn about your mind and delve deep into clarity. Meditation for overactive minds. Great for beginners AND pros. ; )

    Arrive early to get parking in the mini lot. If not, parking on Sweetzer at meter above 3rd st. Bring a towel. (Regardless of parking.)

    Take Triple A with Krista! She's awesome and so is the workout! Come early though, class fills up quick!!

    Always wear shoes to the studio even for the yoga and pilate classes. It's not fun going barefoot. Easy street parking from 6:30-6:45pm.

    Leave plenty of time to look for parking. On the other hand, if you come too early, you might end up spending $$$ at their awesome boutique.

    Great instructors, I like the yoga classes at 12:30pm, can usually find street parking one block south of melrose
