nice craft beer on tap and pogácsa (cheesy, salty, scone-like things) to go with it. bring plenty of time and patience though, as the service seems to be consistently short-staffed and chaotic

A piece of downtown Budapest in Berlin. Great for playing kicker, and drinking craft beer or Hungarian specialties like fröccs and pálinka. Try the lecsó if you're hungry. They are dog friendly too.

Succursale tedesca del celebre caffè ungherese; tappezzeria vintage, riviste, sala per fumatori, insalate, zuppe e un'imperdibile crema di melanzane con pane tostato. Voglio un bar così in ogni città.

Poor quality and got a meat pathé with my vegetarian breakfast. On the other side of the street you'll find 'Weder gestern noch morgen', much better.

Waren an einem Sonntag hier zum Frühstück mit Freunden. Die Location an sich ist recht gemütlich, das Frühstück an sich war OK. Die Bedienung war allerdings unfreundlich und nicht sehr routiniert.

In Szimpla I had my worst service experience in a cafe, in my entire life. They forgot to bring our orders 3 times; in total we had to wait 50 mins and left the place!
