Friendly, efficient, fast staff. Delicious bagel, try the flat bagels, they are even more delicious. The mini muffins are to die for! Clean bathroom at all times, clean place at all times, I love it!

The bagels are tasty, especially in combination with cream cheese and tender lox. Freshly squeezed orange juice is a good complement. Cappuccino is offered in ceramic cups and is reasonably priced.

Their penchant for overportioning items charged by weight (like cream cheese), which is a hassle to have them correct, is tolerated since the bagels are the best in the immediate area.

One of our favorite places to grab a bagel on the UES. We love to come here for the bagel & cream cheese and coffee combo - at $4.50 it's a pretty great deal!

One of the best bagels on the UES. Service is weird and clientele is annoying, but the bagels are legit. Ask for what's fresh, and if you buy 6 they will make them for you on the spot

Friendly, Excellent and Knowledgeable Staff! Fast Service, Clean, they have the best Bagels in the world!!! Try the new Bagel Sesame Sticks, you will faint, they are sooooo Goooood!!!

Really enjoyed the smoked herring and cream. Bagels were fresh out the oven even at 8 pm. Delicious! Service also great!

Been going here for years. Definitely terrible service but incredible bagels and reasonable coffee. $11 for a huge bagel w cream cheese lox and all the fixin's, not bad at all

Decent bagels, lots of space to sit. Obviously, not as good as ess-a-bagel. Watch out for the pricey OJ.

Good bagel, but I seriously doubt that the staff pays attention what customers say! For the last two times they screwed up my orders, giving me the wrong bagel, never going back

How this place has good reviews? I do not know. Every single order was wrong. Make sure they got it right before walking out!! Not to mention they are rude as hell. Skip this place.

WORST SERVICE/STAFF EVER. The rudest and most unhygienic employees, sneezing into their gloves and touching the food. I will never come back here again.

This place has some balls. They charge the same price for regular bagels as for minis. Not with it. Highway robbery. Do not eat here. Rude and slow service as well.
