Great little food truck specializing in ice cream sandwiches. Choose your too and bottom cookie type, choose your ice cream filling flavor and choose a topping (then decide to have it heated or not)

Went around 7:30 on a Saturday night, they were out of all but 3 cookies and would be 20 minutes for the others to be ready. Cookies were good, but I'd venture over to CREAM instead.
